It was my first time getting my sectional sofa cleaned. They did an amazing job. I definitely recommend it again.
We were very pleased with the services, Josh was very kind to help us with our sofa, our dog peed several times on it and we tried to clean it every time just to smell worst the next day. We were desperate to find someone and Josh was the only one who despite being so busy made an effort last minute. He was very professional and worked hard to eliminate the urine deeply. Our sofa dried within hours! No days! And we haven’t perceived any smell out of it. He left my sofa like new! We will definitely be booking him in the future, thank you, Josh!
A Miracle happened in Torrance! I just had Chem dry clean my moms carpet that was not cleaned in 20 years. I really wasn’t expecting miracles considering it should be replaced but low and behold Josh & his crew managed to make her carpet look Brand NEW again! I am so GRATEFUL To JOSH as my mom is in a rental and never asks for anything of the landlord she lives in fear as her rent is low. So I try to help her with the up keep. I highly recommend Chem Dry and have been using them for many years off and on for my upholstery. I was once the sucker Many years ago that hired one of those companies that claim to do 3 rooms for $99 it’s just a big pitch you end up with them spraying water and trying to up sell you. Not Chem Dry. I got a quote on the phone and it was even less once they arrived. Also if you need tile or furniture cleaned or tile in your shower or floors get a quote you will be surprised at how affordable the cleaning is and your place will look new!
CHEM-DRY is the only carpet cleaning service I will use. Josh, the owner is very professional, prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work is second to none. They are quick and respectful of my home. Everything about them is great! I used Chem-dry when I lived in Sherman Oaks. I was so happy to find that they service the South Bay. VERY respectful and friendly, I needed Josh and company to clean my parents’ carpet which had grown very black-dirty due to elderly folks don’t usually take off their shoes when coming home (feet hurt, hard to bend over, floor too slippery, lots of valid reasons). So Josh came and made them feel comfortable, moved all the furniture, did the entire part of the house that’s wall to wall carpet (~1900 sq ft) in about an hour and he brought the very dirty/black carpet back to brand new beige. Amazing! Carpets were not wet/mushy at all afterwards, practically dry, I walked around in socks and could not feel anything moist. Wonderful job, and best of all, my parents LOVED it (they were hesitant when I first suggested an outside carpet cleaning service). It was an outstanding experience and we will use them again year after year.
This crew is immaculate, considerate, capable, and clean… They wear masks and booties to keep the allergens worries low, and bring the right equipment to do a serious cleaning of your carpets. I have made regular appointments with this company, and would recommend their services to anyone. Their prices are more than fair, and they are so pleasant to do business with. They are a real find.

I’m so SO impressed by Josh’s quality of work! He showed up promptly at 8:30am and really works his utmost hardest to make your carpet look brand new! I didn’t think it was possible to get my carpet clean after a tenant moved out and seemed like he used the place to work on a car or something. Our toddler suffers with digestive issues. Because of this he often vomits with no warning signs, which leaves a carpet full of dust. We were worried about having someone come into our home during the allergens pandemic but also equally worried of mildew and dust forming in our son’s room. We called Chem-Dry. I wanted the house carpet and oriental throw rugs to be thoroughly cleaned and cleaned… and Chem-Dry is the best. Josh has a great work ethic, and always gives a great job for a great price. I needed some rental carpets cleaned as this Corona allergens Shelter on Place order began. Most calls I made unanswered. I am.familiar with the Chem Dry spot clean product and like the way it performs. These guys called back promptly and provided a general estimate. When I scheduled, they were prompt, polite and well spoken. They wore protective gloves and masks.
The carpet came out bright and clean. A commercial cleaner was used so I can feel comfortable my new tenants are moving into a clean and safe environment. The carpets were reasonably dry when they were done.
I will call them again.
Best company ever! They came to clean 3 of my rugs and I noticed a small spot that seemed to be a little dirty and the guys went ahead and re-cleaned the rugs again without a complaint. I was very stressed after I spilled a full 14oz mug of coffee on the bedroom carpet but was very relieved when I called Josh here at Chem-Dry. Because I was very stressed and didn’t want to wait too long to have it cleaned, he fit me into the schedule the next day and did an amazing job. The coffee came out 100% along with the other little spots. My carpet looks new now and I am very happy! I also like the fact that they use high quality detergent so the stains don’t come back. I contacted [Immaculate Home Chem-Dry] after seeing their reviews here. I had a couple area rugs that needed to be freshened up so I hit the “request a quote” button. The owner answered back almost immediately through the app, asked me some questions, told me about the process, and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. We set the appointment and on the day of, the owner himself showed up, on time, and he did the work and it was obvious that he took his time and that he took pride in making the area rugs look like new again. And, they were almost dry before he even left. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.
This company is very professional and aims to make their clients happy. On my scheduled date of service, my neighborhood had an unexpected power outage. They were happy to reschedule just a couple days later. My carpets look and smell so good! And all the pet stains are gone! They were done in about an hour and carpets dried by the end of the day. I highly recommend them.
Josh, Tino and Miguel are the BEST! I highly recommend Chem-Dry Torrance/Redondo. They are true carpet cleaning experts! They took care of pet spots and all cleaning needed in a short amount of time, but did not cut corners by any means. Our carpets look beautiful and smell delicious, like walking through an orange grove! Plus, using dry-chem the carpets dry quickly, none of the 2-3 day dry time for steam cleaning, yuck. We have our carpets cleaned frequently and I will now always use Josh! 10 stars!!

Josh and his crew were excellent. Scheduled work for the next day and did a fantastic job with my sectional sofa and another for my neighbor where I needed to clean it after one of my kids made a mess on their sofa. They were deep cleaned and protectant applied. Josh even gave me an extra bottle of the protectant to use with other furniture. I’ll be using Chem-dry again. 5 star A+++

Had such a great experience! Quick, thorough and efficient. They were able to get out some pretty bad stains, like red wine, which was impressive. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend!
I had a very easy and satisfied experience working with Josh and his team. I shopped around for quotes from various companies to have one room’s carpet cleaned, a couch, a love seat, and a large chair (all upholstered) and his was the best by far! He even added a $30 off coupon for requesting a quote that I didn’t even know about. He also took off $20 from his pet urine odor and stain removal chemical just to make sure I was getting everything I needed done. On top of everything, I moved out of country before any work was done and he communicated with me through yelp quickly and patiently (it would sometimes take me a few days to answer him back).
Since I was out of the country, I had my old roommate leave a key under the mat for Josh’s team to come in and clean during the weekday. They arrived on time, but the wrong key was placed under the mat. They contacted me immediately to notify me. I asked them to wait until my roommate could get there with the key to let them in (20 minute wait) and although they were pressed for time and were going to be late for another job… Josh worked his magic and made it all happen. He did this all while he was out of the country as well! Now that’s dedication to his business and his clients!
In conclusion, great job on the cleaning, great job on communication, and a great price! Will definitely recommend this company!

The guys from [Immaculate Home Chem-Dry of the South Bay] did an incredible job on the carpet and sofa in my apartment when they came by about a month ago. In fact, the sofa they cleaned – a year-old light brown Ikea microfiber sofa – looks like it is new from the store! It really blew me away how nice it came out. I have two high-energy grade school boys and that sofa, along with the high traffic areas and the stairs of our beige-ish color carpet, were starting to look pretty rough. Like embarrassingly so, to the point where I was really self conscious when we had the parents of my kids’ friends over.
I called [Immaculate Home Chem-Dry of the South Bay] and I think I freaked the guy out on the phone and he was expecting the world’s dirtiest carpet and sofa. He even dropped the price when he arrived from what he quoted on the phone because he said it wasn’t as bad as I described it. I really appreciated his integrity. Sean and the other technician worked really hard for about an hour and a half, and when they left the carpet looked great. It was hot that day and the carpet was dry in two hours max, which was nice because I was concerned about the boys getting my beautiful carpet dirty while it was wet. Sean applied scotch guard protectant for an additional charge and one month later the carpet and sofa still look like the crew was here yesterday. I have already recommended [Immaculate Home Chem-Dry of the South Bay] to family and friends and they will be my go-to guys in the future.
Ben, from Chem-Dry did a great job on my carpets, my family noticed when they came over Memorial weekend. I like that the carpet is almost dry before the carpet cleaner leaves your house! I had him return to do my couches and rocker/recliners and he did a great job on those dirty pieces of furniture! I’ve never written a review for Yelp, but Ben & Chem-Dry deserve it, as long as I live in the South Bay I’ll call this Chem-Dry company. They also called me back when they had a cancellation to try to do the furniture sooner. The furniture does take a bit longer to dry than the carpet.

First and foremost, the professionalism from both the owner, Scott, and the guys who conducted our carpet cleaning was much appreciated. Scott accommodated us and worked around our busy schedule so nicely.
I’ve used many Carpet cleaning services throughout the years and called back Chem-Dry because I’ve never seen my carpet looks so clean after their work, even with some deep rooted stains we had. Even better, it’s non-toxic and baby safe. We’ve now found our carpet cleaning service that we will use time and time again.
Just had Chem-Dry out for some pre-holiday cleaning. I have to say, it’s one of the best experiences I have had. When I called, Joe was polite and knowledgeable and took the time to find out exactly what I needed.
Sean, the tech, showed up on time and was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting to work on the job.
While I did pay a bit more, the reasons became quickly apparent. I have kids and 2 dogs and not having the deep shag carpet soaked with soap and water was a HUGE plus for me. In addition, the scotch guard protection he added has already saved me when my daughter promptly spilled on it.
From bad past experiences, I was grateful that the price was upfront and I was not given a cheap price and then nickel and dimed for so called things like pre-treatment, spot cleaning and the like. Just good professional carpet cleaning that was dry in 3 hours.

Having 3 indoor pets can equal 3 times the carpet disaster, I’ve used another chem-dry company before & they where good but the service was definitely not the same. Immaculate chem-dry (Josh & the crew) they get the pet stains & odor out, make it look like it never happened, there professionalism & sense of care is like no other. Genuine heart.

Amazing work! Our sofa is clean and no longer smells like our doggo-what a concept! It took until the following day to dry (maybe we didn’t ventilate appropriately?) but it is well worth it for such a cost-effective, professional service. We also had a filthy cat tree for which we requested cleaning and the darn thing looks brand new. I couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend Immaculate Home!

My husband reached out via yelp late last week to request that the frame of our sectional couch be cleaned. Josh responded quickly and gave us a fair price estimate. Everything from the first response to the actual cleaning was top notch. I got to meet the owner Josh for the appointment, very thorough and intelligent man, thanks for the great service. We only communicated via yelp, I let him know the room was cleared out early and he could stop by any time. He showed up several hours early, which leaves me more time to get the kids when school is out. The process Chem Dry uses is superior in my opinion to conventional steam cleaning, bonus, they use all natural products! He quoted me an extremely reasonable price — significantly less than his local competitors. His cleaners were on time, friendly, and professional, and even though our sofa presented a serious challenge, they worked incredibly hard and stayed until the job was done. They did an awesome job on my carpet. My carpet is permanently stained and they informed me of this at first glance. However they did an amazing job removing the dirt and some stains. The best part…THEY GOT THE URINE SMELL OUT! I have a blind 14 year old diabetic pomeranian who can’t always locate the wee pad. This was very important to me to have a fresh smell when entering my place. My place still is urine smell free and its approximately 2 weeks later. Had Chem-dry come out and clean mom’s carpets the other day. They did a fantastic job. The work was quality and detailed and exactly the price I was quoted. The workers were professional and punctual. The carpets were dried in less than three hours, which was a major concern for mom, but it ended up being no problem at all. If you need clean carpets and good service, give these guys a call!

This company saved my Thanksgiving. Huge accident in the kitchen. I couldn’t believe I spilled all the turkey broth. I remembered my friend told me about Chem-Dry, so I called Chem-Dry. Josh did a professional job, pulled some strings, and got me scheduled same day. Joe and Frank showed up a few hours later. I’m very picky about things but these gentlemen know exactly what they are doing! Now, the spot is gone, has never come back and my carpet can’t look any better. Aldo smells good and clean. Almost like a brand new carpet. I highly recommend these guys from Chem-Dry. Joey and Frank are good and dedicated to getting the job done.

Sam M. was our carpet cleaner and he did an amazing job. Our carpet looks new. He even took the time to give us tips on how to further care for the carpet. We had one of our dogs chew on our carpet and he told me what to do to save the carpet from further damage. Sam was on time and provided very good customer service. Great job Sam!

I was not sure how well the carpet cleaning can work for my situation when I contacted this company. I have a rental unit where the tenants wore their shoes inside the bedrooms. The dirt stains were ground in and when they left, they tried to remove the dirt with a residential carpet machine. It was still pretty tough stains in the carpet and they lived in the unit for three years.
I got a fair quote and prompt response. After comparing all the folks who responded to my request for a quote, I liked the response from Immaculate. Professional, quick, and was in mid range of all the quotes i received. For two bedrooms and a closet, he was able to restore the carpet to new even with the wear and tear of seven years. After seeing the job, the price is a bargain. When I saw the carpet afterwards, I said ‘WOW’

I am so impressed with Josh and Chem-Dry! I needed 2 area rugs cleaned from pet stains and food stains from my 5 year old. Chem-Dry was so highly recommended on Yelp so I called and spoke to Josh. He was so professional! He came to my house after business hours to pick up the rugs AND dropped them off 2 days later! The rugs look brand new! I was blown away at what an amazing job they did at such a low price!! This is a great company. Knowledgeable, hard-working staff with great attitudes. Josh is a great owner and Brett is an awesome tech who did exactly what he said he would and didn’t sugar coat anything. Josh and team did a great job on carpet cleaning in my house! He cooperates with my changing schedules. Comes on time frame. Thoroughly walk through before and after. Protect the wall corner while process. It was good experience. I definitely will go with them next time when I need carpet cleaning.

I was very pleased with the service of this Chem-Dry. I called and they scheduled me in within 3 days. They were running a little early on the appointment time but called us when he was on his way. I was very pleased with the technician. He was very professional and had a great personality. He was able to the carpets really clean and got all our stains out. This is the best the carpets have looked in a long time. They dried really quick too so we were able to put the furniture right back on the carpet within a couple of hours. The cost of the cleaning was very reasonable, and less than some of the other cleaners. I would definitely recommend this Chem-Dry to anybody who wants a really clean safe carpet cleaning.
AWESOME JOB!!! The owner responded to my request for a quote right away and was able to come out the very next day! I’ve had my house carpets cleaned before but not as thorough as this! The owner came to do the cleaning and handled 3 bedrooms and a living room all by himself! He did such a great job and we were so happy with the results! The products he used were eco-friendly which is important to us. He did a pet odor/stain removal in one of our rooms and walked us through the products he used to get those out. The next time I need carpet cleaning I will for sure come back!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Josh and his team are top notch.I hired them to get some dog urine out of carpet. They came the next day and cleaned up the mess. When there was some remaining odor, Josh stopped what he was doing late in the afternoon, came out, and re-treated the area for no extra charge. With other companies I’ve used it’s hard to get a reply, let alone an appointment; then it’s even harder to get service after the sale. Chem-Dry breaks the mold (pun intended) and is my new “go-to” for carpet/rug cleaning. I highly recommend Chem-Dry. I like their “old fashioned” customer satisfaction-driven way of doing business. I felt like their priority for what may have been considered a small job by some of the “other guys.” Give them a chance and I bet they’ll earn your business as they did mine.
After realizing my cat was ruining my carpet, I searched online for help. Chem-Dry offers a solution. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and Cris and Jesse were right on time, courteous, and professional. The carpets look and smell wonderful. What a relief! They called ahead to let me know when they arrived (and was within scheduled time frame). They worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets look like new with the exception of a red wine spill that has been there for months. While the stain didn’t come out completely, it looks much better than it did before the cleaning. They do charge more since I was out of their immediate area but it was worth it.
I set an appointment and had to reschedule due to rain. There was no fuss about it. Josh, the owner came back by himself and he did a great job. Was very professional as he explained everything in detail about what he was doing. He didn’t push or try to up-sell frivolous services. When he left he gave me 2 bottles of the spot remover for upkeep. Will definitely use them again
