Does Immaculate Home Chem-Dry offer coupons, specials or promo codes for carpet cleaning?

Carpet Cleaning
What is the best carpet cleaning method in Southern California?
We think that the “best” method for carpet cleaning in Orange County and the South Bay should stand out as more efficient method. Chem-Dry’s process is just that. We provide a deeper clean. Carpets stay clean longer.
Is carpet protectant necessary?
Many new carpets are treated with a protectant at the factory, but this layer wears down over time with regular use and cleaning. Reapplying protectant helps your carpets resist stains and dirt buildup, keeping them looking cleaner for longer. It also helps slow down wear and tear, making it a smart way to extend the life of your carpets.
Can Immaculate Home Chem-Dry remove pet urine odor from carpets?
Pet odors can stick around for months if not handled the right way. As urine dries, it leaves behind concentrated crystals deep in the carpet and padding that become increasingly smelly over time. While many cleaning methods simply mask the odor, Chem-Dry tackles the problem at the source. Our patented Pet Urine Removal Treatment (P.U.R.T.®) breaks down urine crystals and removes the odor-causing enzymes, helping remove pet smells for good.*
Is rapid re-soiling a problem after carpet cleaning?
Many carpet cleaning methods, especially steam cleaners, rely on soaps and detergents that leave behind sticky soaps and detergents that can attract dirt and grime, causing carpets to get dirty again soon after cleaning. Immaculate Home Chem-Dry uses a natural, biodegradable cleaning solution that contains no soapy detergents, helping your carpets stay cleaner for longer.
Will my carpet be wet all day after cleaning?
How frequently do carpets need professional cleaning?
Industry experts recommend cleaning your carpets every 3 to 6 months. More cleanings may be necessary if you have children, pets, or household members with asthma or allergies. Routine cleaning help extends the life of your carpets by reducing wear from dirt and buildup.
Should I clean the carpets myself before your team arrives?
What type of chemicals does Immaculate Home Chem-Dry use?
Chem-Dry uses a cleaning product called The Natural® as our primary cleaner for carpet cleaning. The Natural®, doesn’t contain any soapy detergents. By contrast, most steam cleaners use soaps, detergents, and harsh chemicals in their process.
Why does Immaculate Home Chem-Dry not use as much water to clean my carpets as steam cleaning does?
We use up to 80% less water than typical steam cleaning because we have a unique cleaner that relies on millions of microscopic carbonation bubbles to release dirt and grime from the fibers of your carpet and raise it to the surface where it can easily be suctioned away. Our process allows your carpets to dry in only 1-2 hours.
Can other carpet cleaning methods in Southern California hurt my carpets?
Yes. Steam cleaning involves injecting large amounts of soapy water into your carpets and then attempting to extract it. This heavy water usage leads to extended drying times, typically taking 1 to 2 days for your carpets to fully dry.
How does Immaculate Home Chem-Dry measure a room for carpet cleaning services?
Our room sizes are based on 150 sq ft. If any of your rooms are over 150 sq ft, there may be an additional area charge. Hallways and stairs are considered to be separate from a room.
Upholstery Cleaning
How long does it take for furniture in Southern California to dry?
In most cases, furniture dries within a few hours. However, depending on the fabric and how deeply the upholstery was cleaned, such as in heavily stained areas, it may take longer—sometimes overnight. Factors like humidity and airflow can also affect the drying time.
Does Immaculate Home Chem-Dry offer protectant or stain guard for upholstery?
How does Immaculate Chem-Dry clean upholstery in Southern California?
We use our proprietary Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) method for upholstery cleaning in Orange County and the South Bay. This technique uses carbonated bubbles to lift dirt and stains from upholstery fibers. Our extraction equipment then removes the dirt and cleaning solution, leaving your furniture deeply clean and refreshed—providing a healthier clean compared to traditional methods.
How often do upholstery manufacturers recommend that you clean your furniture in Southern California?
Manufacturers typically recommend having upholstery professionally cleaned every 2-4 years. However, homes with children, pets, or individuals with allergies or asthma may benefit from more frequent cleanings.
