CHEM-DRY VS. STEAM CLEANING

Learn what makes Chem-Dry carpet cleaning more effective than steam cleaners!

What Makes Us Different From Other Carpet Cleaners in Southern California?

Have you ever smelled musty, moist carpets, stepped on wet carpets, or waited 1-2 days for your carpets to dry after a carpet cleaning? If this sounds like something you have experienced, then you may be questioning steam cleaning methods. Luckily, our carpet cleaning process at Immaculate Home Chem-Dry uses 80% less water than steam cleaners. This means your carpets only take a few hours to dry!

We offer superior carpet cleaning in Orange County and the South Bay. We additionally provide commercialupholsteryrug, and other cleaning services.

At Immaculate Home Chem-Dry, we use our unique Hot Carbonated Extraction (HCE) cleaning method for green carpet cleaning in Orange County and the South Bay. Our process uses millions of microscopic carbonated bubbles that lift dirt and grime to the surface of the carpet fibers. From there, the dirt are extracted using our high-tech cleaning equipment.

Steam cleaners have a less efficient approach to cleaning carpets compared to our HCE cleaning process. Steam cleaning works by dumping hot, sudsy water onto your carpet and then extracting it back up. Ideally, all the water and soap would get extracted, but in reality, a large amount of water and chemicals remain below your carpet. Besides leaving a large amount of water in your carpet, steam cleaning also leaves behind a dirt-attracting residue that makes your carpet get dirty faster. This means that you’ll have to call another carpet cleaner nearby to come out and clean your carpets once again!

Amazing, personal service from start to finish. Josh, the owner, answered my calls personally and always got back to me immediately. He quoted me an extremely reasonable price — significantly less than his local competitors. His cleaners were on time, friendly, and professional, and even though our sofa presented a serious challenge, they worked incredibly hard and stayed until the job was done. They were very careful with our floors and furniture, and best of all — our sofa looked as good as new! I would never have believed it was possible. I would highly recommend this particular Chem-Dry and will use them again FOR SURE. Thank you so much, Josh and team!
